Many women spend years sensing that something feels “off,” yet they function well enough that others don’t notice their strain. I work with women and teen girls who have long masked their needs, pushed through overwhelm, and built lives that look stable from the outside while feeling confusing or exhausting from the inside. Many of my clients come in wondering if they might be autistic or ADHD, or both, after years of misdiagnoses, self-doubt, or minimizing their own experiences.
My practice focuses on helping you understand your nervous system, your patterns, and the ways you’ve learned to cope. Autism in women often shows up as burnout, people-pleasing, chronic anxiety, difficulty reading social expectations, or feeling disconnected from your own needs.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis to explore whether neurodivergence fits your experience, and you don’t need to present a certain way to be taken seriously. Adolescent D&D; Roll for Mental Health
This is a therapeutic Dungeons and Dragons group for teens with autism and/or ADHD that meets every four weeks for those age 12-15. Currently enrolling for the next therapeutic campaign starting on 2/3/26. The dates for that campaign are as follows: 2/3/26; 3/3/26; 3/31/26; 4/28/26; 5/26/26;6/23/26.
