As a survivor of complex developmental trauma, it is my passion to walk with others on the same journey of interpersonal and collective healing. In using empathetic and relational therapeutic techniques, I work closely with clients to identify the root of one's emotional distress – such as fear, anger, shame, helplessness, depression, and anxiety - and provide tools to help manage those emotions.
