I help couples and individual adults navigate life's complexities and challenges through warm, integrative, and neuro- affirming methods. In couples therapy, we work to identify and map old negative cycles in order to build mutual understanding and to instill new, positive, and healthy dynamics- that you can take home with you! In individual therapy, I support people of all sorts experiencing concerns such as anxiety, career or school stress, shame, eating disorders, and significant life transitions. Together we help you build a life that comes from a place of increased choice, self- compassion, and personal authenticity.
Using Internal Family Systems (IFS/IFIO), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and psychodynamic therapy, we'll work to understand barriers and outdated coping strategies that stand in the way of the life you want to live, replacing them with updated/healthier patterns. This therapy is non-pathologizing and person centered, so you're always the expert on you.
It's courageous to seek support. You don't have to continue going through negative relationship cycles and frustrating miscommunications alone. You don't have to keep enduring anxiety, feeling shame, struggling with reactivity, or navigating large life transitions or intense career/school stress by yourself. Therapy can help, and we'll do it together!

Each person's experiences are distinct, and thus our work together will be designed to fit your specific needs. During our initial sessions, I will listen actively to learn more about what brings you to therapy. We will then collaborate on a specialized plan to address your unique concerns, preferences, and goals. Many people find that simply starting therapy provides some immediate relief!
