About
I work with children and adults to help them understand themselves in relationships, healing, and growth. Clients that I have served work on a variety of concerns: agency in life, healthy boundary setting, socio-emotional wellness, exploration of gender and sexual identity, cultural and/or racial identity, anxious & depressive symptoms, sexual assault/abuse survival, navigating racism/oppression, avoidant behavior, disordered eating, and pandemic fatigue.
My clinical counseling training began with children in school counseling during the pandemic, where play therapy and socioemotional skill building was key. I also have a background in sport & human performance, and this lens is most helpful when working with clients on their growth mindset and motivation to continue the challenging work of therapy.
I strive to create a safe, encouraging, and open space to hold what you have been carrying for so long, often all on your own. If there is a part of you calling out for help, a part of you wanting to be discovered, or a part of you that may feel like it has been missing, I will do my best to cultivate a space for you to explore and heal in your unique way.
