Are you looking for life changes with someone who is compassionate and non-judgemental? My approach to treatment is creating a non-judgmental and validating environment that promotes cognitive and behavioral change.
My experience has been working with children and adults in a very compassionate and client centered way to heal and recover from many life challenges. These challenges can include, trauma, depression, anxiety, self harm, and suicidal ideation. Through this I use a variety of treatment modalities such as DBT, CBT, TF-CBT and Exposure Therapy.
My treatment is client specific to meet your needs. I believe treatment is a partnership between the therapist and client. Together we will walk the path of healing with the goal of offering you the tools to continue that journey long term.
