I help clients who are committed to this healing by using a few different therapeutic modalities. For balanced behavior rooted in mindfullness, interpersonal skills, regulation, and tolerance, I use Dialetical Behavior Therapy (DBT). For those seeking to address and heal from trauma, I am trained in Cognative Processing Therapy (CPT).
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you're working through trauma or striving to find your center, you will need support along the way.
