I ground my work in a Relational-Cultural and Feminist perspective, using a collaborative therapeutic relationship to support you in reaching personally meaningful goals. I work with adults working through relationship and communication struggles, identity development, depression, and anxiety. Through creating a stable and grounded relationship, we will explore the ways in which maladaptive relational patterns and beliefs impact your current ability to access the life you want. I am LGBT+, ENM, and kink-friendly.
I primarily utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support you in developing a more robust understanding of the self and capacity to navigate life's challenges using practical skills. You bring your expertise on you, and we collaborate to make the most out of the skills and knowledge I have to offer!
I create an open, safe, and empowering environment wherein you can build your insight to improve your sense of life satisfaction. Navigating life's challenges can be difficult and I aim to be a support to lighten the load along the way with humor and compassion in equal measure.
