My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed interventions.
I believe that healing happens when people feel truly seen, supported, and empowered. No matter what challenges you are facing, you do not have to navigate them alone.
