Our world today is more demanding and moving faster than ever before, which can add pressure to already overwhelming situations. I am passionate about providing care for children, teens, and adults who are going through life transitions, interpersonal relationship difficulties, managing anxiety/depression, processing grief/loss and many other mental health symptoms. I value working with individuals desiring to overcome personal challenges and their mental health symptoms. I believe in the importance of working with my clients to create integrative therapeutic interventions tailored to meet their specific needs and goals.
I have experience working with a variety of mental health concerns, including Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). Whether you are wanting to process past traumas, learn coping skills, increase self-compassion and self-care, decrease interpersonal conflict, or just hoping to find a space in which you can feel seen and heard; I am here to support you.
