Over the last decade, I have worked in outpatient, inpatient, and community case management roles. My approach pulls from multiple modalities. I aim to understand you as a whole experience, not just your symptoms. I primarily utilize EMDR, DBT, Ego-States Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy as an integrative approach.
