Do you notice you have a hard time managing stress? Experiencing extreme emotions and lacking the skills to regulate your feelings can be exhausting. Our emotion mind can hinder us from forming and maintaining meaningful relationships. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is an evidence based therapy incorporating skills based on 4 modules-mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. DBT-informed treatment is based on the principle of "building a life worth living." Accepting help and connecting with a validating and non judgmental social skills group will begin a journey of healing. Max 10 people.
