Everybody’s experience is unique, so there’s no single way to heal. My approach pulls from ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and somatic work for trauma to understand what your body’s been carrying, along with ACT, DBT, CBT, SFBT mindfulness, and creative tools such as art and movement when talking alone doesn’t cut it.
