I meet you where you are and work at your pace, whether that means talking, coloring, listening to music, or playing a game. Together, we’ll navigate your journey of growth and healing in a way that feels comfortable for you.

I have worked with children, teens, and adults using a variety of practices that include Play Therapy, CBT, DBT, and EMDR. My approach to therapy is rooted in mindfulness and the interpersonal relationship. I use humor too! I regularly seek outside education to stay current on effective and up-to-date therapeutic practices.

Therapy can be a difficult but rewarding process. Through practicing empathy, compassion, and positive communication, we can work towards a collaborative and successful experience. Queer and or BIPOC folks of all ages are welcome and will be offered a safe, inclusive space. I encourage all clients to feel empowered on their journey through therapy.
