Hello, I'm Alexis! I am an LPC-Associate supervised by Lindsey Grela, LPC-S (73967). I welcome children, teenagers, and adults who are navigating life's challenges, managing anxiety, or processing trauma. Many of my clients come to session feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood, and they are seeking a genuinely safe, non-judgmental space to heal. I also support parents seeking guidance for children navigating behavioral changes or neurodivergence. We move forward by untangling heavy emotions, developing actionable coping strategies, and building the resilience needed for lasting mental wellness.
I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, drawing from client-centered and cognitive-behavioral modalities. I utilize traditional talk therapy for deep self-exploration and play therapy for younger clients to process their world naturally. I am also trained in EMDR therapy to help individuals heal from trauma and achieve lasting mental wellness.
