With over five years of experience, I support individuals navigating addictive disorders and a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate Person-Centered Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)
