Are you struggling with an increase in anxiety, obsessive thinking, or guilt around food? Do you feel as though your relationship with food is keeping you from living the life you want? Are you so consumed with thoughts around food and body image that you struggle to prioritize what is most important to you? Are you compromising your values and morals to achieve perfection in an imperfect world? If so, I am here to help you on your journey to recovery and push through that perfectionism. I have training in the treatment of eating disorders at the inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient levels of care.
I am equipped and prepared to help you neutralize your thoughts around food as well as normalize your food patterns and behaviors. In addition, I have expertise in the following areas: anxiety, depression, family and relationship issues, personality disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
I am passionate about helping individuals with issues around food and self-worth. I utilize a strengths-based perspective while providing empathy and compassion to empower clients to embrace change by challenging their issues. In a safe space I will help you explore, process, and overcome the negative thoughts to regain control of your life!
