Announcement icon Therapy can be particularly valuable to help you navigate this stressful time. I am currently seeing patients via phone and video.
At moments of stress or transition in your life, it can feel particularly useful to have someone with whom you can talk. I help clients to address a wide range of issues, including: life changes, relationships, self esteem, trauma, grief and loss, anger, aggression, depression and anxiety. Additionally, I seek to help clients to know themselves more deeply. In my practice, I see adolescents, adults and couples.
I aim to create an environment that will allow you to feel open to sharing your feelings, concerns and ideas with me. Through the development of a collaborative and safe relationship, we will work together to better understand your feelings.
By gaining a fuller understanding of yourself, it will become easier to make more satisfying choices about your relationships, your career, and other major areas of life. I would very much like the chance to meet with you to further discuss how we could work together.
