I work with both teens and adults, creating a welcoming, inclusive space where clients can feel comfortable being their authentic selves. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect, helping individuals develop skills for emotional regulation, effective communication, and greater self-confidence. I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, OCD, and relationship challenges. I am passionate about supporting those who identify as LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and Autism. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, affirming environment where you feel heard and empowered.

I have specialized training and experience in trauma informed practices. I also have experience working with individuals who identify as having cognitive or physical disabilities, ADHD, Autism and OCD.
