I have been a practicing Social Worker for 25 years. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy modalities. I will help you to become more mindful so that you can note patterns and make the changes you want. I teach skills that will enhance your life. It's also important to acknowledge and build on existing strengths.
I have a passion for working with people who are struggling with Depression, Bipolar Disorder and Anxiety. I particularly like working with people who are in the midst of a transition, such as graduation, divorce, marriage, retirement or parenthood. These events often present an opportunity for growth.
