I love discovering the emerging potential of my clients, and supporting their unique personal development and evolution. I'm experienced working with highly sensitive individuals, and those who self-identify as having a history of trauma. I specialize in merging holistic, somatic, and eco-therapy to support you as a whole person. I focus on interweaving mind, body, and spirit. We create a sense of safety in your body to help you navigate challenges. By infusing eco-therapy, we awaken to the truth of our undeniable interrelationship with all that is, and recognize our authentic nature.
