As your ally in healing and my commitment to you as a therapist, my passion lies within intentional interactions with all of my clients. I truly value you as an individual, and our time together is all about honoring your unique path. I aim to provide a secure and nurturing space, where healing is not only a goal but a collaborative journey. My passion lies in being a part of a community of providers that continuously adapt to the ever changing way of life, and the people I serve. I currently specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative, Somatic, and Trauma informed Therapy.
My approach is dictated by a client centered, and strengths based approach; as I believe that all human beings possess an immeasurable amount of potential, that can only be uncovered through adequate support and guidance. As a therapist, I have experience with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and various types of complex trauma.
As a psychotherapist at Homes For The Brave Annex Service Center, I am currently serving Veterans and family members of veterans who are in need of support. I warmly extend an invitation for you to connect with me whenever you feel ready or in need.
