Clients who work with me typically report understanding themselves more fully, building healthier boundaries within themselves and with others. I enjoy working with adults from all walks of life including different religions, cultures and lived experiences.
Although we will work together individually, I acknowledge the ways in which historical and present day systems of oppression impact your mental health. I honor and encourage ancestral wisdom and practices to incorporate in your healing journey
Areas of Specialties: Complex Trauma, Anxiety, Dissociation, Intergenerational Trauma, Life Post-Narcissistic Abuse and Relational challenges. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting and Sensorimotor Therapy. I use a blend of approaches to help each individual accomplish their identified goals.
