I use DBT, MBCT, and EMDR approaches with teens & adults struggling with stress, life transitions, grief/loss, boundaries in relationships, parenting skills, sexual problematic behaviors, mood disorders, and victimization+trauma. I am extremely passionate in helping you understand your mental health & using your own innate strengths to help you seek relief.
I understand it can be very hard to ask for help at times. Being vulnerable does not come easy to most people. I provide a validating and nonjudgmental environment, work to help individuals and their families adapt to change, set healthy boundaries, and foster connection and trusting relationships. I will teach you skills to manage life's biggest hurdles.
