Hello. Welcome to Stable Ground Counseling. I’m so glad you’re here. I offer virtual therapy and equine assisted therapy. A little about me. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with about 10 years of working experience. I have done a lot of work in the field of addiction support. I'm a person with lived experience with addiction and I am very passionate about helping others finding their way to and through recovery. I also have experience in helping clients with stress, depression, anxiety, coping with postpartum depression, trauma, grief, domestic violence, issues with food, self-esteem, & confidence.
My approach is to be authentic and genuine and let my clients be the guide in our work together as they are the experts on their own lives and I believe carry great wisdom. It is always my ultimate goal to create a space of absolute non-judgment so my clients can share freely and feel accepted.
Have you tried traditional talk therapy and are hoping to find something different? Along with virtual therapy, I offer Equine assisted psychotherapy. Horses make for great partners in therapy as a way to step away from traditional talk therapy and find new ways to understand connection.
