About
I believe an integral part of therapy and transformative change is creating a space where all individuals, regardless of their challenges feel welcomed and supported. I believe in utilizing my client’s strengths to help them overcome challenges and create an environment where hope can prevail.
My primary focus and interest has been working with adolescents, individuals and families. I am rooted in systemic theory but I am also trained in a variety of evidenced-based practices for behavior, depression, anxiety and trauma.
I work to cultivate authentic, transparent and trustworthy relationships with all my clients. I am committed to providing treatment that aligns with your individual values, needs and pace. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to create stable and healthy change.
