I'm a biracial/black therapist that centers identity, healing and autonomy. Born and raised in upstate New York but I feel like I belong everywhere. Growing up among different families while staying connected to my roots gave me a unique perspective on identity, belonging, and community. These experiences continue to shape how I see and engage with the world. My identity deeply informs my practice. I know what it means to navigate spaces that were not built with you in mind, to feel the weight of expectations, and to carry parts of yourself that may have been misunderstood, silenced, or pushed aside.
When working with me, I want people to know we are on their time, to connect, understand and unpack together. Because of that, I try to create a space that feels warm, grounded, and real. We will learn how your story, your relationships, your experiences and systems are impacting how you move through the world.
My areas of focus are rooted in the things I care most deeply about and the communities I feel connected to. I’m especially drawn to working with people who are carrying trauma, anxiety, identity struggles, relationship wounds, life transitions, grief/loss, and the emotional weight of always having to hold it together.
