My practice is rooted in creating a deeply affirming space for all identities, with a particular focus on working with LGBTQIA+ clients, nontraditional relationships, and couples. My systemic approach ensures that we consider not just the individual, but the relationships and environments that influence your well-being. I specialize in approaches that view challenges within the broader context of relationships, family systems, and social environments. Drawing from systemic modalities, I help clients explore patterns, improve communication, and build secure, connected relationships.
I have advanced training in the Gottman Couples Counseling method and utilize an integrative approach. I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families to navigate relational and identity-based challenges in private practice and community settings. My approach is collaborative, direct, and tailored to your unique needs.
