About
Are you struggling in your relationship with your partner or child? Struggling to communicate or feel heard? My goal as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is to help clients find the tools they need to promote growth and change. I utilize a systemic approach in therapy, and provide clients with practical feedback in order to resolve issues. Collaboration between the therapist and client is essential, as I believe that clients should be active participants in the therapeutic process.
Working with families and couples is my passion. In couples therapy, I work with clients to improve communication and address issues such as conflict with in-laws, parenting, finances and infidelity. When working with families, my goal to is to improve parent-child relationships through parenting and communication skills training.
I am a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. I have also completed Level 3 training of the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy. I work in two separate practices, one located in Stockbridge and the other in Fayetteville. Please contact either office to schedule an appointment.
