Reclaiming my time
Reclaiming my time is a women's support group. This is a psychotherapy group used to help women process emotions, define what it is to be your authentic self while connecting with peers that are tackling similar issues. As a group our main focus is to empower one another as we push to set goals , create boundaries for ourselves and those around us. The goal is to create a space where women feel supported in sorting through life stressors as we create our best selves.
