Life can feel overwhelming at times and it is hard to know where to go for help. Therapy can be a supportive, neutral, and safe place to investigate thoughts, feelings, and concerns about many topics: trauma, relationships, school, family, work, friendships, stress, anxiety, sleep, depression, death, and others. I love to walk beside my clients and learn what is most important to each individual. From there, we work as a team to explore and move in the ways that you personally wish to grow. I am always humbled to be invited into someone's healing journey.
I have been in practice for over 20 years. Play therapy is the ideal modality for children as it helps them process their world and what they are experiencing. For adults in therapy I utilize many intervention styles depending on the client. Some of these include CBT, EMDR, sand tray therapy, narrative therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT.
