I work with clients seeking clarity on why they feel the way they do, relief from automatic intrusive negative thoughts, worry, difficulties socially and professionally managing one’s emotions and lonliness. Finding the need to look at and possibly change ones patterns of relating to others or looking at how one is managing day to day life in ways that no longer serve their purpose.
I assist clients in identifying and building upon their strengths while we explore the root cause(s) of their symptoms.
My approach is wellness and strength based. Utilizing my training, evidence based practices and our therapeutic relationship, I assist clients in gaining a greater understanding of themselves. I empower my clients to develop new skills and to make meaningful change in their lives in order to reach their goals.
