I'm Alexis! As a therapist, I like to focus on integrating evidence-based approaches such as DBT, EMDR and CBT. With these frameworks, clients are able to better cultivate self-compassion, emotion regulation, as well as desensitize the nervous system's fight or flight responses during distressing experiences.
I help facilitate a healing journey for my clients navigating complex PTSD, neurodivergence, rejection sensitive dysphoria, caregiver burnout, and perinatal mental health challenges. My style marries connection, warmth, and authenticity with trauma informed care to create a fluid and safe therapeutic environment.
