Hi! Welcome to my page! My name is Alexis and I am here to provide a synergistic blend of cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapies with emphasis in boosting the mind, body, and spirit. I am also open to other approaches, and love to involve the creative process as a part of my practice as an individual with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.
I am currently a mental health counselor intern under supervision. My experience comes from my graduate practicum and internship, during which I saw clients of all ages (young children to elderly) and differing concerns. I have helped clients dealing with anxiety, loneliness, crisis management, executive dysfunction, and mood and mental disorders.
