I utilize a variety of methods to assist clients in coping with stress, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, depression, anger management, couples counseling and family issues. Once we have identified what is not working, we can figure out what will work to get you to where you want to be in your life.
My primary forms of treatment include CBT, DBT and client focused counseling. I enjoy working with clients who desire change in their lives. I approach the counseling relationship as one in which we work together to help you reach your goals.
