If you’re feeling overwhelmed, shut down, or unsure how to navigate life’s stressors, you’re not alone. I work with individuals of all ages to help them feel heard, supported, and understood. Together, we build confidence, emotional regulation skills, and healthier boundaries. I also support families in improving communication and strengthening connection. Therapy with me is real, collaborative, and focused on helping you create meaningful change in your life and relationships.

My approach is about creating a safe space where people can be themselves, learn healthy ways to handle stress, and build confidence in who they’re becoming. We’ll work on communication, emotional regulation, boundaries, and self-trust the skills that help them thrive long after therapy ends.

Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you it’s about understanding what’s been hard, learning new ways to cope, and finding your footing again. This group is designed to help them build emotional regulation skills, healthy boundaries, confidence, and stronger relationships. 10-week program Art activities + real-life coping skills.
