With an advanced degree in Holistic Counseling, I'm licensed in Mental Health and Chemical Dependency counseling. I'm also certified in AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), ISP (Integral Somatic Psychology) and Rosen Method bodywork and I'm a Certified Integrative Mental Health Practitioner (CIMHP).
We each possess an innate wisdom and a drive toward wholeness. In my practice, I integrate body oriented and expressive art methods to facilitate deeper insight and healing. My goal is to help you access your inner resources for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and well being.
