I specialize in eating disorders, OCD, and anxiety. I enjoy working with high achievers, people pleasers, eldest sisters, academic validation-seekers, and neurodivergent maskers. My clinical approach pulls from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Inference-based CBT, and Radically Open DBT. I love helping people improve their quality of life through increased flexibility, openness, playfulness, and interdependence. I believe that the key to mental health is true connection to body, mind, spirit, and community. If you want to feel less lonely, anxious, and rigid, reach out! I may be a good fit for you.

My philosophy with eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, and other mental health concerns is that we use these things as coping mechanisms to cover underlying and unresolved emotional patterns and beliefs about ourselves and those around us. I will empower you to work through your destructive thoughts and behaviors while also addressing these underlying issues.

This is an ongoing group for men in their 20's and 30's who have struggled chronically with a mental health diagnosis (OCD, Eating Disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, etc.) and are looking for extra therapist and peer support. This group may be especially helpful for those experiencing executive dysfunction and difficulties connecting in relationships. | Biweekly on Mondays at 6pm-7pm (in person) | Accepting new participants on a rolling basis. $105/session
