I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults struggling with anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, depression, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I am passionate about helping individuals find peace within and acceptance of themselves while working toward a life full of fulfilling relationships and experiences. I believe that, although it may look different for each person, healing and thriving are available to those who are willing to work for and receive it.
My philosophy with eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, and other mental health concerns is that we use these things as coping mechanisms to cover underlying and unresolved emotional patterns and beliefs about ourselves and those around us. I will empower you to work through your destructive thoughts and behaviors while also addressing these underlying issues.

This group is a space for individuals with pervasive mental health concerns to process their life experiences. This could include those struggling with eating disorders, OCD, depression, Bipolar, etc. You are more than a diagnosis, yet sometimes the symptoms of that diagnosis can color many aspects of your life. Being able to talk to others about these challenges can help you find motivation, strength, and community. Originally a men's group, this group is now open to all (depending on fit and availability).
