We will work to establish a plan for change, coping skills, relapse prevention strategies, & create goals that will help you achieve the life you want to live.
I am also a substance abuse professional, SAP, that helps those working for the DOT start the return to duty process. Together we will process and work to overcome and heal from your mental health challenges, difficult life transitions, addiction, and domestic trauma so that you can regain peace throughout the obstacles of life.
