I have worked with teens and adults for 10+ years in various settings and levels of care. I have experience working with eating disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, and the often co-occurring issues of self-harm, suicidal ideation, low self-worth, and interpersonal difficulties. I use strengths-based, CBT and DBT clinical approaches.
