I see each client as unique and the experts on themselves. I work alongside the client to help them identify and achieve the change or goals that they want for themselves. I believe that there is no “one size fits all” approach to therapy and I will always work to meet the client where they are and with the approaches that best suit them. I aim to create a safe, trauma-informed, and non-judgemental space to help the therapeutic process.
I have previous clinical and behavioral experience across multiple settings, acuities, and age ranges. I have experience with supporting childrren and teens to navigate the periods of change in life and I love to walk beside you to discover how to manage your sense of self and your ability to grow in relation to increasing expectations and responsibilities.
I believe that every client has the potential to live their ideal life and my role as a therapist is to help them identify current barriers and obstacles, as well as identifying strengths, tools, and coping strategies.
