Starting therapy can feel intimidating and I aim to make that first step feel more comfortable. I meet clients where they are and adapt my approach to what they need as individuals. I truly enjoy watching clients grow in resilience and confidence, and its incredibly meaningful to see them begin to fully embrace themselves. I enjoy working with clients who are exploring the "why" behind their patterns and want to better understand themselves. I am especially passionate about the lived experience of neurodivergence, as well as supporting those who struggle with suicidal ideation, an experience that is more common than many realize.
With a background in Adlerian, IFS (Internal Family Systems/parts work), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), MI (Motivational Interviewing) and experiential therapies, I tailor my approach to each client. Therapy provides the chance to grow to fully accept who you are as well as an opportunity to change the patterns no longer working for you.
