I am trained professionally in Jungian psychoanalysis and depth psychology alongside cognitive, gestalt, and relational models. I work with those with a history of depression, trauma, PTSD, existential distress and sexual abuse as well as life-transitions, identity dysphoria, grief, and crises of self. Together we access the needs of psyche-soul that are calling for attention in order for you to reach a greater sense of wholeness and embodiment. Sessions involve analytical work, meaning-making, talk therapy, and dreamwork as well as cognitive healing and image work to bring the unconscious to consciousness.
We transform psyche by healing the interiority and carving pathways toward deeper relationships with self, mind-body, and world. We feel through unconscious aspects and shed old perspectives leading to greater wholeness, transformation and agency. We account for life long patterns and help the psyche speak its truth. I specialize in working with therapists.
