I am passionate about helping others challenge their inner self-critic and see their potential to change. Often times people feel comfortable with being uncomfortable. I am here to help push past the discomfort, provide hope and help individuals reach their goals. I work with individuals from age 12 and older with a variety of issues, including: anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, low self-esteem, grief, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and more.
Using primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Theory and Solution-Focused Therapy, I work to build a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients and create a safe environment for their needs. I am a tool to help navigate, however my clients are the experts in their own lives. Together we will work towards your goals.
Starting the therapeutic process can be the hardest step. It is extremely important to feel safe, seen, and heard in therapy. I look forward to providing that space for you. I currently offer both in person and virtual sessions to those interested.
