I'm so glad you're here! As a queer therapist with ADHD, I love working with neurodivergent and queer clients! Together, we can work on healing shame, anxiety, depression, doubt, overwhelm, and befriending your inner critic. In my human-first office, we'll build the skills and beliefs you need to embrace your whole self. I have experience working with ADHD, autism, anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, panic, depression, grief, and identity work with teens & adults.
My priority as a shame-free therapist is to help you meet YOUR goals & create a space for you to be seen as and embrace the REAL you. We'll build an actionable toolkit of coping skills to manage daily challenges and dive deep to heal the parts of you that are suffering. I draw on IFS, ACT, mindfulness, and attachment-based therapy principles, among others.
