I'm so glad you're here! As a queer therapist with ADHD, I love working with neurodivergent and queer clients! Together, we can work on healing shame, anxiety, depression, doubt, overwhelm, and befriending your inner critic. In my human-first office, we'll build the skills and beliefs you need to embrace your whole self. I have experience working with ADHD, autism, anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, panic, depression, grief, and identity work with teens & adults.
My priority as a shame-free therapist is to help you meet YOUR goals & create a space for you to be seen as and embrace the REAL you. We'll build a toolkit of coping skills you can actually use in real life, and dive deep to heal the parts of you that are suffering. I draw on IFS, ACT, mindfulness, and attachment-based therapy principles, among others.
