Hi, I’m Lexi! I take a creative, engaging, and client-centered approach to therapy, with the goal of creating a space that feels both supportive and empowering. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating trauma, PTSD, major life stage transitions, and career-related changes or uncertainty.
As an EMDRIA-trained EMDR therapist, I work with individuals who feel stuck or overwhelmed by past experiences and patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we gently reprocess and “rewire” these experiences so they feel less activating, allowing you to move forward with greater clarity, resilience & peace.
I take a multisystemic approach to therapy, drawing from a range of evidence-based interventions including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Child-Centered Play Therapy, Solution-Focused techniques, and elements of art therapy. I am now providing Emotional Support Animal letters as well.
