With over a decade of experience across all populations, I am an established clinician, educator, and supervisor, supporting your growth and frustrating defenses. My ideal client is YOU. Therapy is a conversation- I am not your ruler, I am the mirror that highlights your contradictions, illuminates blind spots, and shows you your Highest Self - I promise to do more than just agree with you. I understand the struggle of wrestling in the darkness with failures, and I promise the reward is worth the effort.

I implement Gestalt, IFS, and CBT/DBT interventions- educated at Teacher's College, Columbia University, as well as 4 years of post-grad at the Gestalt Center in NYC. Dr. Robert Carter trained me in race relations, founder of "microaggressions." I run groups, work with individuals as well as couples, and partner with Backline organization/Sol Health.
