Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. Are you or your teen struggling with behavioral concerns, trauma, depression, anxiety or coping strategies that no longer serve you? I have experience in helping adolescents, adults, groups and families honor themselves and their stories. I can provide support in processing emotions, learning and integrating coping skills, and making environmental adjustments.
I practice a strengths based, client centered approach to help promote a healthy relationship with yourself and the world around you. My style is playful, creative and focused on connection. The skills I teach often center around distress tolerance, emotional regulation, mindfulness, positive communication, and relationship building.
I have a passion for helping individuals find their own voice, step into authenticity and interact with the systems they inhabit in more appropriate and effective ways. Whether this is your first time seeking therapy or therapy is familiar to you, I appreciate and admire you seeking help. I’d love to work with you!
