Together, we'll work through what you're carrying and build tools that feel realistic and fit your real life.

In our first session together, we focus on connection- not pressure. You can expect a space where you feel heard, understood, respected. We'll talk about what you're going through, what you want to change, and what healing and stability could look like for you. You'll learn more about me and my approach to therapy.

Many of my clients are used to being the strong one for others, but privately struggle with anxiety, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or major life transitions.
