We all feel overwhelmed, stuck, lost or uncertain at times. You don’t have to go through those moments alone. The focus of my work is based with adults of all ages who experience challenges including anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, sexuality, cancer and/or chronic illness. I also work with couples to understand and improve relational patterns. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can explore what’s going on, make sense of your experiences, and move toward choices that feel more true to who you are.
My goal is to help you show up more fully and authentically in your life, which can be so freeing. I encourage reflection and implementation of practical tools tailored to your needs. I incorporate ACT, CBT, relational and IFS-informed therapy concepts to support your unique situation and goals.
