I utilize a strength-based approach and different therapeutic interventions to address presenting concerns while creating a safe and comfortable environment. I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages and backgrounds. I am devoted to building a therapeutic alliance with individuals to genuinely understand and know the individuals that I work with. I believe in empowering others to find their own strengths, confidence and learn to love who they are.
I am a trained clinician in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I specialize, but am not limited to, working with individuals who are struggling with PTSD, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship issues, ADD/ADHD, and life transitions.
